Ihavesynth will never share your personal information without your express permission.Not personally identifiable statistical or demographic information may be collected and shared at Ihavesynth's discretion.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
1) MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION: This includes a valid e-mail account and certain contact information you provide at your initial registration process. This information is used to manage your account and keep you up to date with the news and oppurtunities of the Ihavesynth community.
2) PERSONAL INFORMATION: Registration forms and surveys on the Ihavesynth site may request contact information; such as, your name, mailing and/or e-mail address.
3) DEMOGRAPHIC INFORMATION: Ihavesynth keeps track of the domains from which Users visit our website and the pages and content that you visit. For legal and business reasons, Ihavesynth may request information such as, your age, gender, and profile data (your music preferences, movie preferences, favorite activities, etc.). The Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user’s computer. The referring URL (This is the page that directed you to Ihavesynth or pages within our website), if any. a.The Internet browser software identification. This provides us the brand and version of the browser software used by the anonymous user while viewing our website.
This is not considered personal information.
HOW IHAVESYNTH USES YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Information submitted at registration or via surveys may be used for marketing and promotional purposes with your permission. After permission is obtained information may be used to send you information about Ihavesynth, our partners and membership news and oppurtunities.
Ihavesynth may disclose aggregate user community information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference (either intentionally or unintentionally) with our rights or property, other website users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Since aggregate data is not associated with any particular person, no personally identifiable information about you or your account status will be disclosed.
Ihavesynth uses an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.
Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third party without prior consent from you, our users.
Earnings information
We beleive in great content. Members of Ihavesynth owns their content and gets the revenue the content creates back. A tracker monitors all content a member provides to the Ihavesynth community. Members need to connect their own Paypal account to their Ihavesynth page to activate this system. If a member activates the revenue sharing with a Paypal account they get their part of the total ad revenue Ihavesynth generates the same month.. At the end of each month there is a pay out if the members revenue reaches $10 or more. If the revenue does not reach this limit. The money is saved on your account to the next month. Please note that all payment amounts indicated are best estimates, and are subject to review and audit based on the fact that exact ad rates may change frequently
IHAVESYNTH ACCOUNT INFORMATION: Ihavesynth will maintain a personal record for you through your profile and your ‘Balance’ page. These pages will help you keep track of any compensation you have received from the viewing and promotion of your digital content. We encourage you to use the Ihavesynth profile page to update your account profile and keep your personal information up-to-date. Ihavesynth may also provide aggregated, non-personally identifiable information about our members to third parties for audit, marketing, and other purposes. As previously stated, since aggregated data is not associated with any particular person, these third parties will not have access to any personally identifiable information about you or your account status.
INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE IHAVESYNTH
Registration: You must register with us in order to use our service. Membership: Registration requires you to provide a valid e-mail adress, a User name and a Password. Voluntary information during registration, including age, gender, favorite synth, etc is displayed in your User Profile accesible by other members. Ihavesynth reserves the right to refuse and/or modify offensive, fraudulent, or brand protected information during ad after registration.
Communication from Ihavesynth and Mailing Lists: In order to keep our members informed about the operations of our Ihavesynth service, we may send e-mails and announcements to your personal e-mail address provided upon registration.
Communication with Us: Ihavesynth has features that allow you to submit information to us (such as when contacting Ihavesynth with a question or problem related to our service). Ihavesynth may retain e-mails and other information submitted for internal purposes and to help us to serve you better. Ihavesynth reserves the right to send you specific administrative notices that are required by law, regulation, or as needed to service your Account.
Forums: Ihavesynth members may access features such as message boards that allow members to communicate with each other. All personal information you send or post via our community features, including in your profile, becomes public information, and Ihavesynth is not responsible for any information you choose to make public. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor such community features via electronic software or personnel but only to check for obscenity, defamation or other types of abusive language, as well as for content that may infringe our rights or the rights if others, all of which we may remove at any time.
Contests: Ihavesynth may also have contests or sweepstakes in connection with our service, or in partnership with one or more of our partners or pponsors, as part of which Ihavesynth may request contact information from you when you enter. Ihavesynth will use the information you provide to conduct the contests or sweepstakes and for other purposes to which you consent. Unsuscribing to marketing e-mails from Ihavesynth doesn´t prevent Ihavesynth from sending you e-mails that serve as official correspondence about services or your account that are critical to maintaining your Ihavesynth service (such as your Account status, issues with crediting your Paypal account or to inform you about critical technical service issues relating to Ihavesynth's products or services).
