Ihavesynth Community Rules

Your participation in the Ihavesynth community and use of its communication tools is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document. Any and all admittance to the Ihavesynth Site is at the sole discretion of Ihavesynth. Ihavesynth reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, and, since you are bound by them, you are responsible for the review of this document from time to time in order to remain in compliance.

Any User found in violation of these rules will be banned from the community entirely. It is up to Ihavesynth to make the determination, and Ihavesynth has the final word about what goes on in its forums and overall community.

Ihavesynth is providing you the benefits of their Forums Servers and their related technology for supporting interactive online communities. The following privacy policies are related to posting in the Ihavesynth Community and the use of other member communication tools.All information posted within the Ihavesynth Community will be shared only with those participating in the Ihavesynth Community. Be aware that any personal information shared by you online can be collected and used by persons unknown to you. Ihavesynth has no responsibility for any information that you voluntarily choose to share with others online and all risk remains with you. Any information collected through admittance to the Ihavesynth Community via its integrated technology, which includes IP address, pages viewed, navigational and other behavioral characteristics of your use of the Ihavesynth Site, will be used solely for the purpose of improving Ihavesynth's ability to deliver more value and a more meaningful experience to you and other community participants.Your information will under no circumstances be provided to third parties without your express permission via an opt-out selection. This means that the individual who submitted the content, and not Ihavesynth, is entirely responsible for the content transmitted through the Community. Ihavesynth does in no way guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such content. By using the Ihavesynth, understand that you may be exposed to Community generated content that is offensive, objectionable or indecent. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Community generated content. Do not treat the content as reliable or endorsed by Ihavesynth. You are legally responsible for any breach of Ihavesynth's Community Terms of Use and for any legal actions arising as a result of your interactions with other members.Refrain from posting unsolicited and repeated messages (spamming) in Ihavesynth's Community forums.

Do not post or distribute any information that is copyright protected without permission from copyright owners.

You recognize that Ihavesynth may use and reproduce your messages, in whole or in part, in the Ihavesynth Community as well as other content areas of the Ihavesynth site.

Ihavesynth is not responsible for controlling, editing or warranting the content of users' messages. Nor is Ihavesynth responsible for the accuracy or integrity of the information contained in those messages and will not be liable for any damages of any kind incurred as a result of any message posted on the Ihavesynth site.Ihavesynth reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content from the site, and to block or terminate any user account, for any reason whatsoever.
