Musikmesse: Exclusive Arturia Origin Keyboard demo

Arturia presented their new Origin Keyboard at this years Musikmesse. It's a sturdy looking keyboard, with the Origin synth firmly bolted onto it. It also has a cool ribbon controller, and aftertouch.

The Origin keyboard is shipping now, and can be yours for 2899 euro. And for two months, Arturia drops the price of the Origin desktop from 2490 euro to 1990 euro. So now is the time to buy it!

Arturia gave us a cool demo of the keyboard. We got to listen to a very Jarre-esque tune, very fitting for a french company as Arturia. It was backed by a live drummer, which spiced things up a bit.

Arturia has also released The ONE, a software bundle with 8 of their best virtual products (Analog Factory 2.5, Minimoog V, Moog Modular V, ARP2600V, CS-80V, Prophet V, Jupiter-8V, Brass 2). You can try all 8 with no functional limitations for 15 days, and then decide which ONE you'll keep. Price: 229 Euro.Check out The One from Arturia here

A big thanks to Fabien Brassely and the rest of the Arturia team at Musikmesse for organizing this Origin session for us. Read more about the Origin keyboard and Arturias other products like "The One" at  Arturia.com

I Have Synth

Biography:

Been into synthesizers for 15 years, but never a technical geek. I'm a member of the band Velours Perfect, and have had electronic music as a hobby since I stopped playing with G.I Joe Figures. I buy and sell synths all the time, sometimes manically, and my favourite synth varies, right now it is the Alesis Ion. On this blog you can read about whatever comes out of my mind, mostly synthesizer-related stuff though. Bzzt!

I'm also on Twitter, Tumblr, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo and off course Ihavesynth.
